Welcome to Alex Zanda (the ‘Site’). Here are some details about how we work.

Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your continued use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

1. Currency and Pricing

All transactions are processed in the currency shown on the product and checkout pages. Most countries have tax included in the price; if not, the tax will be shown on the checkout page before purchase.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Alex Zanda delivers to most addresses around Australia. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout, and vary based on location and shipping method. While the vast majority of our orders arrive on time, once in a while an order may be delayed for reasons outside our control. 3. Customer Service

Alex Zanda is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. Standard dispatch timeframes are between 1–3 business days. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, your order, or life in general, email our support team here.

4. Returns Policy

Alex Zanda assists with easy returns to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. Our products all have a 3 year warranty, so if anything isn’t as it should be get in touch and we’ll sort out an exchange or refund straight away. If you’ve made an error in purchasing, don’t hesitate to ask our team for advice. The earlier we catch things, the more chance we have of reducing unnecessary shipping, which is kinder to the environment. Even better, choose as carefully as you can before hitting that confirmation button of joy. Hurrah.

5. Warranty

Alex Zanda products are covered by a 3 year warranty for the original owner only. To claim warranty on an Alex Zanda chair we require proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) and the reason for the warranty claim (insert link to contact us). We are happy to organise the return and replacement of your faulty chair and depending on the fault and remedy offer a replacement or refund. This warranty is in addition to all other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and any other laws in relation to the products.

6. Copyright

The contents of our website, and the site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non commercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our Site) use by its users. You may download or copy the contents and other downloadable materials displayed on www.alex-zanda.com for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying.
You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works of, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents of this site.

When purchasing from Alex Zanda your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 256-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 256-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. 8. Promotions – General Terms and Conditions

  1. Alex Zanda may offer promotions from time to time in its sole discretion.
  2. The terms and conditions of each promotion will be clearly set out in the relevant offer.
  3. Alex Zanda reserves all rights to vary, end or withdraw a promotion at any time, subject to applicable consumer laws.
  4. Where a promotion is time limited, the time requirements will be strictly applied; no rainchecks or exceptions.
  5. Unless otherwise provided by the terms of the specific promotion, the promotion will apply to all products that are in stock on www.alex-zanda.com at the time of purchase.

  7. Promotions are void where prohibited by law.
